(Senior) Project Coordinator – Infrastructure
The position involves
Actively supporting KfW head office in project management of existing Infrastructure projects and programmes (e.g. monitoring project progress, preparing reports, project communication with relevant local partners and TA consultants, contributing to monitoring databases and regular data updates as well as reporting);
Closely following developments in the relevant sectors through contacts with stakeholders (utility companies, ministries, local authorities/municipalities, European Commission, international organisations, other donor agencies) and regular as well as ad-hoc reporting to KfW head office;
Supporting KfW head office in identifying and developing new programmes, projects and investment proposals as well as supporting in preparation of financing agreements;
Processing of, and responding to, enquiries and project proposals (including fact finding necessary to prepare decisions on funding requests);
Guiding and assisting consultants involved in the cooperation programmes and projects;
Support the Director of KfW Office BiH and the respective project manager at KfW head office in other tasks.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements for the position include
University degree in engineering, economics, business administration or another relevant field;
Relevant work experience of at least three years preferably with international organisations, development finance and Infrastructure projects;
Native level equivalent of written and spoken local language (B/S/H); high proficiency of written and spoken German and English language;
Experience with state and/or entity level procedures in BiH related to the financing of donor programmes would be an asset;
Willingness to travel within BiH and to a limited extent to Germany and other European countries as required;
Ability to work in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams with a high level of remote interaction, in particular between KfW head office in Frankfurt and BiH; ability to work independently and reliably under time pressure; excellent communication, negotiation and soft skills as well as the ability to handle complex situations;
We offer a professional and stimulating working environment together with a positive team spirit. Remuneration is competitive and commensurate with experience. The contract will be limited to one year with the perspective of a follow-up contract extension.
