On behalf of our Client, we are advertising the following position:

Sales and Operations Manager (m/f)
Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

The primary role of the Sales and Operations Manager is to perform sales activities and to oversee and coordinate processes for the whole country on operational and logistics level.

Our candidate will:
  • be responsible for achieving sales targets in all operational and logistics activities,
  • in cooperation with Regional Supervisor ensure that all aspects of a business are operating smoothly in compliance with country regulations and relevant professional standards,
  • be involved in the development of plans for Company growth and improvement of sales, product positioning and brand marketing development,
  • be involved in hiring and training of staff selection, training development, scheduling and ongoing professional development of employees,
  • develop and submit weekly, monthly or quarterly performance and progress reports to company headquarters.
    Sales and Operations Manager candidate hold a master’s degree or advanced degree in mechanical engineering, and should be proficient in English Language. Understanding with the country or region in which one will work is considered a notable advantage for those seeking to fulfill the role. Sales experience and technical knowledge is crucial, at least 5 years of experience.
  • Responsible project planner license (Odgovorni projektant)
  • Responsible contractor license (Odgovorni izvođač radova)
  • Candidate is member of the chamber of Mechanical Engineers
  • Deep understanding of Bosnia and Herzegovina market
  • Able to demonstrate strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work without close supervision, possessing target- and solution-driven approach
  • Have analytical, presentation and planning skills
  • Highly skilled in leading people and managing teams
