Looking for a Product Manager to help grow a stealth-mode AI startup by joining their remote product development and delivery team.

Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager you will have the following responsibilities
1. Product development
• Define strategy with stakeholders
• Lead the implementation of product development at all stages
• Design product road-maps
• Apply UX research
• Establish and grow user retention
• Deploy product launches to the public
• Establish, grow, and react to product-market fit and change, and assess potential opportunities
• Define and document the scope and functionality of software features
2. Team development
• Establish success criteria for key product features using meaningful metrics
• Train, and mentor junior PMs
1. Clean, concise technical documentation and specification
2. Create, unify, and promote Product Development best practices
3. Maintain existing technical documents and keep them up-to-date
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX research, and design teams to set team's goals, success metrics, and road-map
• Communicate regarding priorities, experiments, and decisions to different audiences, partner teams and executives
3. Reporting
• Milestone reporting/Delivery updates
• Establish success criteria for key product features using meaningful metrics

Requirements:
To apply for this position, you must
1. Have a BA/BS degree in related fields (Software Development, Computer Science, Project Management, Design, Data-Science or Marketing)
2. Have 2+ years with experience in web/app/mobile/e-commerce projects
3. Be proficient in written and spoken English
4. Have a know-how of modern Software Development practices and workflows and implementing project tools and practices
5. Have a proven working background as a Software Project/Product Manager or Scrum Product Owner
6. Be capable to absorb, synthesize, categorize, delegate high amounts of information
7. Have an exceptional relationship-building skills
Nice to haves:
1. Experience in managing/leading people and teams
2. Prior experience at a growth-stage internet/software company
3. PMP, CSPO Certification or equivalent
4. Proven ability to create detailed, thoughtful, and actionable requirements including functional specifications, UI designs, workflow diagrams
5. Prince2
