Job description & Objectives

Key Account Manager is responsible for managing industrial key accounts in Bosnia and Herzegovina in close cooperation with Wuerth Industrie Service GmbH&Co.KG, an independent subsidiary within the Wurth Group located in Bad Mergentheim. Wuerth Industrie Service, as a principal, provides a specialised product range of more than 1.000.000 C-part items, from DIN and standard parts, other fasteners to even special parts and parts designed as per drawings according to customer requirements, and in addition services industrial customers with customised, logistical procurement and supply concepts, such as scanner-supported rack systems, automated electronic ordering system or justin- time supply using Kanban bin system, to industrial manufacturing customers.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:He/She will work in a small, dynamic team with close contact to Wuerth Industrie Service GmbH&Co.KG and other departments of Wurth BH d.o.o. like Logistic, Purchasing, Marketing, Product and Sales to run existing clients and put new into place. The Key Account Manager focuses on sales but also on planning and managing the all aspects of a complex business relationship with Key Industrial Accounts that includes a variety of tasks such as project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiations, innovative and proactive development of
opportunities. Ultimately, he/she should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a highest standard, facilitating the sale process from beginning to the end, in order to reach sales and marketing objectives for the world market leader in the trade of assembly and fixing material on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Activities & Responsibilities
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned Key Industrial Account, thus not required to be directly involved in day-to-day running of the specific key account
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant units, playing an integral role, coordinate and interact with principal and other member of staff and field sales team that are attached to the assigned Key Industrial Account
Acquire a thorough understanding of Key Industrial Account needs and requirements in order to offer products and propose service solutions that meet customer requirements and objectives, even influence the structuring and aligning our business processes and systems to maximize account value
Creating offers, needed projects and business proposals, inspire clients to pursue new ideas and possibilities, negotiate business opportunities and contracts with existing and new clients
Cross-sell and up-sell once new sales opportunities are identified within existing accounts
Playing fundamental role in setting up new businesses, take responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Establishes productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned accounts
Develop and maintain strong, institutional and long lasting relationships with key account in a way of becoming deeply linked to each other’s future
Observe and give a rundown of the level of competition and general market activities to the management and protect assigned accounts from competition
Forecast and plan key account metrics, prepare reports of sales metrics over a specified period of time - monthly, quarterly and yearly
Manage and resolve any issue, problem or conflict faced by the customer and deal with complaints in a reasonable and effective manner in order to maintain trust and partnership
Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities when needed, required or requested
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

Graduate in economic or engineering is considered a plus
Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales, providing solutions based on customer needs is considered a plus
Highly self-motivated
Strong negotiation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Solid mathematical, statistical and analytical skills
Solid knowledge of the main analytics instruments (for ex. Microsoft Office, Excel, Access etc.)
Good sense of accounting principles
Strong work ethic and strategic thinking
Fluent English or German, knowledge of both is considered a plus
