On behalf of our Client we are recruiting motivated candidates for the position of:
Electrical Motor System Finite Element Analysis Expert
Work Location: Vienna, Austria
Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for supporting engineering development work and conducting dynamics analysis, mechanical design, thermal design and NVH analysis, able to use and combine CAD tools to design the rotating motor for hybrid electric vehicle：
Responsible for finite element structure analysis of power electronic drive and electric motor mechanical parts and devices
Responsible for thermal finite element analysis of engine and normergic and instantaneous electronic transmission for hybrid electric vehicles
Responsible for designing the mechanical parts and interface of hybrid electric system
Responsible for NVH analysis and product improvement
Responsible for digital signal processing techniques, to apply it into time domain and frequency pattern analysis, including the model test of hammer and shake test
Responsible for integredient FEA model analysis and front pressure device FEA model analysis
Responsible for developing test plans, including test standards, sample copy, review test results and modify the plan design
Responsible for exploring new technology, analyzing new and advanced analysis schemes to improve the product simulation analysis
Responsible for communication with project engineers and external customers, provide technical report and improvement scheme

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Qualifications:
PhD degree, major in power electronics, automation, machinery and electronics, electrical motor or related professions
Over 5 years work experience in hybrid electric motor and automotive engineering, comprehensively master the finite element analysis
With experience of teaching and explaining ANSYS finite element analysis
Familiar with material mechanics principle, elasticity and plasticity, thermal fatigue, discontinuous and continuous system vibration analysis and heat transfer
Familiar with metal material properties with mechanical and thermal properties, such as silicon steel, carbon steel, gray cast iron, tough iron, powder metal, aluminum casting and forging, familiar with solid parts modeling, and 3D solid package assembly
Understand how to perform FEA features, and design the process steps for product design and material selection aided
Understand rotating motor and power electronic controller
Strong abilities to analyze and solve the problems, excellent English skills, able to communicate independently with foreigners about engineering
Proficient in using MS Office software, master the use of relevant modeling and simulation analysis software
