Consumer Engagement & Event Executive
Are you inquisitive and self-driven? Do you want to make a difference in a company and for your colleagues? If the answer is yes, then we’d like to hear from you. We are recruiting a solution-oriented, creative problem solver with a university degree. You’ll need experience in using Microsoft Office tools and a working knowledge of English. Other assets include preferably 1 year working experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company or other international companies, the ability to work independently in a highly competitive environment, project management and negotiation.

Philip Morris BH d.o.o Sarajevo is seeking a talented person to join our team in the Commercial Planning Department - place of work: Banja Luka & Tuzla, based on permanent labor agreement. As a Consumer Engagement & Event Executive, you will report directly to the Supervisor Commercial Planning. Your accountabilities will be to understand consumer journey and based on it identify and prioritize consumer touch points to attain more targeted deployment of planned activities ensuring brand presence with high quality execution. In depth, analyses of new emerging consumer behaviors and trends in entertainment and nightlife is an asset to address variances and optimize opportunities for successful achievement of future business objectives. As a part of daily activities, you will be responsible for effective utilization of 3rd party (hostesses) and other stake holders where co-creation and co-development of different new ideas, mechanics and activities becomes an important aspect of the job. You will enter a dynamic environment, working across a range of processes with the highest quality standards and your work hours will be based on night hours and touch point (HoReCa) rush hours.
