Agile Functional Analyst (m/ž)
If you are organizing your work by agile principles, if you do not rest until everyone understands you and if you accept only absolute quality, then this may be a perfect job for you. If this sounds interesting, here are more details about responsibilities and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from the client, online or live at the client premises (e.g. in Brussels)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them to clear and concise user stories
- Create business process and functional system documentation using UML-artifacts (use case diagrams, activity diagrams, information models)
- Create and execute test scenarios on different levels (component, system, UAT)
- Define an "action plan" to deliver user stories by helping the team to break down user stories in tasks
- Review functional documentation of peers
- Be part of our agile development team as an owner of the stories developers are working on.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in agile software development teams
- Good knowledge of UML and Business Process Modeling techniques

- Ability to clearly define problems and requirements and determine solutions
- Ability to work and communicate in a team
- Experience working on financial domains is a plus
