The role you'll play:
As a Senior SAP BASIS Admin you will join a small, but growing team of focused SAP consultants and developers to provide consulting in architecture, implementation, configuration, monitoring, tuning and supporting SAP environments including SAP BW, SAP HANA and SAP BO(DS).
Requirements:
We seek and appreciate your wide range of experience and expertise but ideally you should excel in most of the following and be really good with the others:
• You own a Croatian or EU passport
• You have worked as a lead for a team of 4 or above with strong project management/leadership skills
• You have worked in Onsite / Offshore model
• You have worked in 2 or more SAP implementation/support projects
• You have worked in 2 or more SAP upgrade/migration projects
• You have worked in 1 or more SAP HANA administration role
• You have design and estimation skills
• You have experience in doing SAP BW / HANA security
• You have pre sales experience in writing proposals and customer presentation skills (nice to have)
The communication skills we need:
And because you will be working everyday on integrated teams with colleagues and clients in the US, we prefer strong English skills, ideally both written and verbal.
