UNIQA International is looking for a highly motivated professional for the position:
REGIONAL HEAD PEOPLE & CULTURE
  • Reporting directly to the President of SEE Region
  • SEE Region: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia

Responsibilities:
  • Transmit and promote all Group HR concepts, projects, initiatives in the five countries;
  • Ensure and enable cross border HR knowledge exchange and know-how sharing;
  • Act as ambassador of the countries by providing comprehensive feedback to the Group HR;
  • Strengthen strategic HR function in local units to grow and become a best-in-class employer;
  • Promote regionalization, standardization, and unification amongst the five countries;
  • Build pan-regional people development function as a strategic business enabler;
  • Partner to top management in the five countries in their transformational journey;
  • Support the region president in building strong one community spirit across the countries;
  • Close cooperation with Group HR and HR managers from other UNIQA companies

  • Good understanding and experience with HR approaches on a strategic level;
  • Outstanding communication style, open and transparent and straightforward;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, genuinely interested in people;
  • Ready to support country HR teams in transformation processes;
  • Self-starter mindset, can-do attitude, result and solution oriented;
  • Change driver, embracing ambiguity, thriving under pressure, eager to learn.

Requirements:
  • Education: university degree in HR, Economics, Law, Organizational Psychology or related;
  • Professional experience: at least 5 years in the area of HR management;
  • Languages: excellent command of English; local language(s) could be an advantage;
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, Internet, presentation software.
