Detailed description of the tasks:
- Handling requests for purchases, ensuring all documentation is accurate, and verifing amount of purchase to package.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Tracking purchases from order placement until it arrives, and ensuring package arrives on time.
- Notifing appropriate department of the placement of orders.
- Comparing prices and expected delivery dates proposed by suppliers, and choosing the best bid.
- Compiling records of items purchased or transferred between departments, prices, deliveries, and inventories.
- Verifing billed amount with goods received.
- Handling invoices and forward to accounting department.
- Monitoring inventory control systems.
- Preparing inventory transfer forms.
- Classifing priority regulations.
- Monitoring of change of local Procurement Policy, in line with the defined limits of procurement
- Control of objectives set by business partners
- Implementation of tenders
- Participation in cross-border initiatives upon request
- Administrative jobs, operational purchase, assistance in processing of invoices;
- Building of good relationships with suppliers and internal clients
- Reporting
Knowledge and skills required:
- High-school, pre-university degree, university degree in economy or other appropriate social science
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant field,
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Management of people and processes,
- Computer literacy and English language skills.
- Proactivity and personal responsibility are absolutely necessary
