Managing Director (f/m)

Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Position description:

Manage the operations and develop the business in Bosnia and Herzegovina while ensuring effectiveness and taking the responsibility to reach sales target of the company,
Take responsibility to supervise hiring and training of the staff, training development and ongoing professional development of employees.
Ensure that all aspects of a business are operating smoothly and in compliance with Group and Country regulations and relevant professional standards,
Take responsibility for brand position and brand marketing development.

Requirements:

Master or advanced degree
Experience in managing people and processes
Able to lead people with genuine sense for leadership
Understanding Bosnia and Herzegovina market is considered as advantage
English Language Level – Proficient
German knowledge is highly desirable
Able to demonstrate strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Ability to work without close supervision, possessing target and solution driven approach
Have analytical, presentation and planning skills
Highly skilled in leading people and managing teams
