Successful IT company is looking for a strong, proactive and people oriented branch manager in Sarajevo.
Responsibilities:
We are offering a long-term collaboration and full support from Slovenian headquarters. Position is based in Sarajevo, but you cover the entire country.

Responsibilities:
- managing sales team with main focus on closing deals,
- building and growing a network to attract new business,
- growing the branch's customer base,
- developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and employees,
- overseeing the branch expenses and daily operations,
- running the branch as their own business.
- Strong sales and customer service skills,
- People management skills,
- Proactive, independent and highly motivated,
- Sales oriented, with proven sales records (preferably in banking sector),
- Fluent in English language.
