Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) English or German

For our Team in Sarajevo we are currently looking for support as
Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) English or German
Overview of tasks:
- Preparation, coordination and administration of employment contracts incl. all CCC policies and amendments to employment contracts
- Preparation and execution of new hire process
- Preparation, coordination and administration of termination contracts
- Preparation and execution of exit process
- Data maintenance
- Reporting and statistics
- Answering ad hoc requests from employees and management
- Giving support to local Management for all kinds of personnel related questions
- Administration and handling of long leave
- General administrative tasks
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with local labor law
- Proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel)
- Respectful attitude towards employees, clients and third parties
- Ability to deal with and handle conflicts
- Dynamic and strong interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of organization
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Good English and/or German language skills
- Excellent organizational and time planning skills
- 2-3 years’ experience as human resource specialist, preferably in a large company
