Marketing and Sales Developer (m/f)

Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina


Job Position Description

The position's main purpose is to lead marketing campaigns focusing on BIH and Slovenia markets, to coordinate TMA plans, develop promo materials , prepare marketing and sales presentations and lead NPD processes for two markets.
The candidate for this position will coordinate the development of new products and marketing communication and will be responsible for the assessment of the results of marketing activities.



Dr.Oetker expects a candidate who:
  • Already has relevant working experience in a similar job function;
  • Is creative, independent, thinks conceptually, and organizes time well;
  • Thinks in a structured manner and has the will to learn;
  • Has experience that shows the capability to organize his/her daily tasks well;
  • Is team-oriented, honest, flexible, and open to communication;
  • Is proficient in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Requirements:
  • Education in business economics (high school or a degree in Marketing) preferable;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the field of media, sales, food production, and distribution;
  • Developed Business English language skills, preferably B2 is required due to international communication;
  • Open to new challenges and participation in new local and international projects:
