Our client is a regional leader in the pharmaceutical sector, with a strong presence and well-established reputation throughout the Region. To support continued growth and strategic development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of:
Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Main responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with full responsibility for meeting business objectives and sales targets
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the continuous development of employees
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, corporate policies, and industry standards
- Drive strategic initiatives and explore new opportunities for market expansion
- Strengthen brand positioning and lead local marketing and promotional activities
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education
- Proven experience in managing people, processes, and business operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams
- Familiarity with the Bosnian and Herzegovinian market is considered a strong advantage
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical, planning, and presentation capabilities
