HoReCa Support Associate (m/f)
For our respectable Client, an international company and a world leader in its industry, we are advertising the following position:
Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Our Client is looking for a candidate who will contribute to deploying the HoReCa strategy and provide active support in executing all activities in HoReCa within approved budgets and in compliance with current legislation and internal policies.
Under the manager's active supervision, the candidate will coordinate the program's operational side through available systems, analyze data, and prepare reports.
If you have the strong will and enthusiasm to take on this challenging role, you are eager to learn, you are proactive and focused on the consumers, and you like the field work, our Client would like to meet you.
Job Description:
- Provide support in administration and compliance checks for all contractual obligations for HoReCa partners.
- Affect the attractiveness and the awareness of the Client’s products and boost the image of our brands on consumer target group in accordance with our guidelines and applicable legal regulations.
- Maintain good relationships with all HoReCa owners, collect data and acquire new information about the competition, latest trends, and places, and provide relevant data and action steps for our business.
- Ensure, through theoretical and practical training and supervision, that the policies and positive practices relevant to each function under that position's control, within the company, third-party suppliers, and towards consumers, are known and strictly adhered to.
- Active participation in projects in the domain of development and implementation of additional functionalities of the platform.
- Bachelor's degree;
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint);
- Minimum one year of working experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales in FMCG or other related field.
- Fluent in the English language and the local language.
