Our international client is one of the world's leading manufacturers and has been on the international market for many years. They produce products that are highly valued in various high-class industries.
On behalf of our Client, we are advertising the following position:
Location: Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Our Client will welcome highly motivated candidates ready to take over the financial and accounting operations of the Company, lead people professionally, and support them to develop and grow.
Position Description:
- Organizes and manages the work of the finance and accounting department in accordance with the Company policies;
- Coordinates the accounting sector with the production department and other sectors;
- Responsible for preparing tax reports;
- Organizes preliminary actions and processing of inventory of assets, liabilities, and claims;
- Prepares all needed reports following Company and legal procedures;
- Prepares other reports according to state and legal authorities;
- Cooperates with the external auditor, tax, and other relevant institutions;
- Monitors and collects information on tax and other legal financial regulations
- Master or advanced degree in economics;
- At least 3 years of working experience in the area of financial and accounting management, preferably in production companies;
- The candidate should have a certificate in accounting;
- Proficiency in English or German language;
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills;
- Experience in SAP highly preferred;
- Ability to work without close supervision, possessing target- and solution-driven approach.
