These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the products offered on these pages. The BoljiPosao.com website can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following terms and conditions.

The merchant is Bolji Posao d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the merchant, and makes payment via credit card or cash on delivery.

ORDERING
The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form.
Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.
All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT.
The customer additionally has the option of displaying prices in US dollars and euros.
The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the Basket.
The goods are considered ordered when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.

PAYMENT
The ordered products or services are paid online with one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.

DELIVERY
The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company making the delivery). The merchant waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.

If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notification, after it has been sent, in the expected time, the buyer has the right to inform the seller about this in order to take actions to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.
If the buyer refuses to receive the goods ordered by the merchant, he has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery.
The merchant undertakes to send the shipment to the customer the moment he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the merchant undertakes to send the shipment within 5 (five) working days.
After the delivery company (delivery company) receives the shipment from the merchant, the merchant is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays, as well as problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.
If the customer chooses the product download option instead of delivery, the retailer undertakes to send a notification exclusively in the form of e-mail to the customer, which will contain download links and instructions. After receiving the e-mail (collection notification), the customer can immediately access the collection of the product.

COMPLAINTS
The merchant undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description listed on www.BoljiPosao.com. The image that illustrates the product on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot advertise this segment.
In case of technical malfunction of the audio recordings stored on the audio transmitter, the seller assumes full responsibility. In case of technical malfunction, the buyer is obliged to advertise the product within 4 (four) working days. After reporting a technical defect, the buyer is obliged to return the technically defective audio transmitter by mail with the delivery note, after which the seller will send the buyer a replacement product within 3 (three) working days, without any compensation. In the case of the above, the customer has no right to request a refund, but only a replacement product.
The merchant is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery person (the company that performs product delivery).
If the customer chooses the product download option and the customer is unable to download due to technical problems caused by the merchant's server, the merchant undertakes to send an email with a new download option, for which the customer does not bear any costs.
In the event that the buyer is not able to complete the download due to technical problems on the seller's server, the buyer is obliged to contact the seller's sales department, who will offer an adequate solution that will not contain any compensation or further costs from the buyer. The customer has no right to request a refund in this situation.
In the event that the customer cannot take over the product, and the technical problems are not related to the seller, but are caused by the customer, the operator or a third party, the seller bears no responsibility and is not obliged to enable the buyer to take over or deliver the goods free of charge.
The buyer is obliged to take over the product within 5 (five) working days, after that he will no longer be able to take over the product, regardless of what payment he made. In this case, the buyer waives any complaint.
