Objectives and Focus
The objective of the assignment is to map all CSOs’ active individually, or in the form of CSO networks (national or regional) in the area of Public Administration Reform (PAR) and Open Government Partnership (OGP) and assess their needs for further active contributions in these two areas.

Profile of the STE
The STE should meet the following criteria:
General qualifications
University degree;
15 years of work experience;
regional experience across the WBT; and
English proficiency
Mapping of CSOs’ practices, competencies, and achievements in the processes contributing to the Public Administration Reform (PAR) and Open Government Partnership (OGP) in the Western Balkans and Turkey | The deadline for applications is January 31, 2017.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Specific qualifications
7 years of experience in working in the area of civil society organisations and government cooperation;
5 years of experience in dealing with issues related to PAR and/or OGP;
3 years of experience in developing capacities of civil society organisation in the area CSOs-government cooperation; and
2 years of experience in research and analysis.
Application procedure
Applications must be sent in English and entail the following:
Letter of intent and availability
CV should be presented in the EU format
Two references from similar assignments
Brief explanation of the methodology for the mapping exercise including suggestions of what are the additional aspects that should be included in addition to the minimum already listed
Excepted remuneration, in the form of gross fee per day
The application should be sent no later than January 31, 2017 by e-mail to: [email protected] with the subject heading: Application for STE PAR/OGP mapping.
Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
