TACSO BiH seeks for organization to assist in PR support and organizing the Conference
People the People Conference “Transparent Allocation of Public Funds – EU good practices and Models” is to be held in hotel Termag, Jahorina, 29 – 31 March, 2016.
The outsource organization will provide assistance to the TACSO BiH and TACSO by VESTA team in preparation of PR support, organization and implementation of the People the People Conference “Transparent Allocation of Public Funds – EU good practices and Models”with the following key outputs:
PR support
• Creation of the conference visual identity
• Preparation and print of materials for participants
• Development of press materials, media advisory and press release
• Preparation of press kit (pre-packaged set of materials of TACSO BH/TACSO VESTA and relevant facts about subject of the Conference in consultation with TACSO BH/TACSO VESTA team)
• Presence of at least five key media representatives at the conference
• Press clipping and media monitoring of the conference (TV, Print media, internet)
• Ensure media coverage of the conference with provision of media check list
• Promotion of the Conference: Identify ways of promoting the conference via various channels: websites, mailing lists and social media
• Professional Photographer for two days of the Conference
Conference Management on Site
• Two persons for Onsite registration (participants and media) and Entry Management
• Audio Visual, Production and Staging
•Coordinate activities on required equipment for the production and staging as necessary (Set, screen, staging, Projection equipment, Audio, Lighting, Any other visual aids needed)
• Provide adequate signage (where permitted by the venue)
• Provision of general information files on conference desk
The applications should be sent by email to TACSO BIH and TACSO by VESTA office with title “Transparent Allocation of Public Funds – EU good practices and Models” at the e-mail: [email protected] not later than February 24, 2016, 17:00 hrs. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview on February 26, 2016.
