On behalf of our Client, DEKRA Arbeit BH d.o.o. advertising the following position:
Location: Sarajevo
Our Client, a successful international company with a long-standing market presence, is seeking a responsible, motivated, and experienced individual to fill the position of Payroll Specialist, who is ready to take responsibility for their work tasks.
- Preparation and drafting of employment contracts and other documents related to the employment relationship.
- Registration and de-registration of employees with the relevant institutions.
- Timely management and maintenance of employee personnel records.
- Complete calculation of salaries, benefits, and deductions by applicable regulations.
- Verification and entry of data related to payments according to legal and internal regulations.
- Preparation of decisions, resolutions, and other reports related to the rights and obligations of employees.
- Providing advisory support to clients on matters of payroll and income tax.
- Continuous monitoring of legal provisions and regulations.
- Archiving and organization of business documentation.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll calculation.
- You see laws and regulations not as an obstacle, but as a challenge you know well.
- Excel is your best friend, and you never miss the details.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- You are a proactive person who likes to solve problems and take initiative.
