IT Service Delivery Engineer

About the Role:
Join us as a Local IT Support Specialist! In this position, you will support our employees in Zenica with resolving issues related to hardware, software, and workplace tools, and be involved in international adaptation processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing ongoing administrative support in the field of IT hardware and software systems
- Supporting applications and technologies specific to the project
- Updating security and procedural standards in the field of systems
- Managing desktops, printers, servers, software, resource inventory, and network services
- Being responsible for technical documentation
- Acting as the point of contact for local businesses in all IT related matters
What we expect:
- Experience in IT support within a business environment (international company preferred)
- Experience in administering tools: laptops, servers, workstations, hardware/software, cabling, etc.
- Good knowledge of Service Desk, incident management, and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Very good command of English (a must) for easy communication
- Knowledge of network technologies, mobile phones, and fixed networks
- Good knowledge of MS Windows environments, DHCP, DNS & WINS
- Experience in call center environments or CRM systems support is a plus
- Ability to set priorities and work under time pressure
