Human Resource Manager (m/f)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of our talented workforce
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Report to management and provide support for decision-making through HR metrics
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
  • Being responsible for people related HR administration(preparing files, updating personal information, reviewing documents, and working on monthly updates)
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Experience:

  • Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others
  • Experience in personal development, planning and individual, team and process performance management
  • Experience in personal organization and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel)
  • Proven experience in reading and understanding documentation written in ENGLISH and specific language required for their job position
  • Experience in office terminology, procedures and practices
  • Experience in recruitment and staffing
  • Experience in policy development and documentation
  • Experience in employment and compliance or regulatory concerns regarding employees

Knowledge and skills:

  • Excellent reading and grammar skills of the English language is a must (minimum knowledge at B2 level)
  • Graduation from Bachelor degree or possession of a university equivalency diploma
  • Exhibit good leadership skills by carrying everyone along without bias
  • Exhibit good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members
  • Good crisis management skills to handle pressure
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
