Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Assist in monitoring employee performance appraisal program
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
  • Develop and produce presentations and briefings
  • Organization and control of implementation of education and professional development plan,
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of policies, procedures from the Human Resources
  • Management domain, and reporting - internal and external
  • Coordinate and/or facilitate special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, and considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resources required
  • Strong understanding of state and federal requirements and regulations.
  • Experience administering employee benefit plans, recruitment and compensation plans.
