Located in Sarajevo, Reports to the Director Fundraising & Communication, 3 years limited contract
SOS Children’s Villages Country started its operation in the year 1994. with the first SOS-Children’s Village in Sarajevo and Gračanica and is currently running 3 programmes (SOS Children’s Villages, Family Strengthening-programmes and Youth programmes) thus caring for a total of 223 children and young people www.sos-ds.ba.
The Online Sales Expert will be a member in a team of 9 colleagues.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Quality Management of online sales / fundraising
responsible for optimization of online fundraising channels in terms of costs, results & income; data driven status quo analysis; design online fundraising channels in terms of messages, visuals & video; briefing developers
Optimization of Online Sales / donations
content management; focus on web usability & optimizing online donation process for regular monthly payments, mobile optimized website design; web analysis
Website, E-Mail, SMS, Messenger, Facebook
responsible for data driven and usability optimized content management of website, email, SMS & messenger apps in all touchpoints of donor (customer) communication

Requirements:
3 to 5 years expertise and experience in online sales/fundraising
Proven track record in KPI & data driven analysis of online channels
Experience with web usability, A/B testing and user experience (UX)
Very good command of English
Ability to work partially in a virtual set-up
Assets are as following:
Working experience in an online shop
Skills in content writing for online channels
Basic knowledge of internet technics such as HTML, PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript
training for Adobe Photoshop & Premiere, other image & video editing software
Google Certification
Candidate profile
We are looking for a creative and self-responsible co-worker who is willing to work “hands on”. They need to be able to actively identify and open new opportunities for online fundraising. They should be an optimistic person; creative but result oriented; interdisciplinary thinking regarding individual and corporate fundraising; familiar with competitor monitoring and an attitude of never-give-up and try-again.
They will need to have BH Nationality with a proven understanding and knowledge how things work in Bosnia and Herzegovina and be professionally well networked in BH online communities.
