Expansionist
Details of main responsibilities and functions of the work post (Job description):
- Identify priority locations and method of acquisition in the target area, according to criteria established by the company and by analysis of economic and demographic indicators;
- Prepare the preliminary analysis of the identified locations;
- Establish the effective contacts with municipal offices and institutions;
- Negotiate with the land owners and the representatives of municipal institutions;
- Work under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager;
- Perform other specific tasks corresponding to his/her job description;
- Follow the Internal Order rules and other normative documents of the employer.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Eligible candidates meet the following requirements:
- Secondary education or junior university degree;
- No criminal record;
- The experience at a similar position; would be considered as an advantage,
- PC literacy ( MS Office);
- Professional ERP experience (SAP experience is an advantage);
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Driving license (B Category);
- Devoted, responsible, efficient.
