Our multinational Client is a premium manufacturer and market leader who constructs highly sofisticated technologies and provides complete service and maintanance for their costumers.
On behalf of our Client, we are advertising the following position:
Country Manager (m/f)
Position description:
- Manage the operations and develop the business in Bosnia and Hercegovina while ensuring effectiveness and taking the responsibility to reach the target of the company.
- Ensure that all aspects of a business are operating smoothly in compliance with country regulations and relevant professional standards.
- Take responsibility to supervise hiring and training of the staff, training development and ongoing professional development of employees.
- Take responsibility for brand position and brand marketing development.
Requirements:
- Master or advanced degree in engineering
- Al least 5 years of experience
- Understanding Bosnia and Herzegovina market is considered as advantage
- English Language Level – Proficient
- Able to demonstrate strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work without close supervision, possessing target- and solution-driven approach
- Have analytical, presentation and planning skills
- Highly skilled in leading people and managing teams
