• Assist the Female Members of Higher Management's family in all secretarial, administrative and travel formalities duties.
• Assist superiors in all their travel formalities and offer assistance when called upon.
• Knowledge of computer, letter drafting, word processing.
• Handling of telephone calls.
• Filing and correspondence.
• Good communication skills.
• Perform other work assigned to her by her superiors.
• Operation of office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems, printer etc.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be amenable, presentable, resilient and helpful. She should have good command of the English language. Knowledge of any other international language ie. French, Spanish or German will be an added advantage.
Education: High school diploma.
Work experience as an intern or as junior staff in an office environment.
