School Guidelines Development Consultant
Key tasks:
Undertake in-depth analysis of legal documents which impact the school practices;
Provide technical inputs and support for the development of school guidelines determining quality inclusive practices;
Liaise with schools and DUGA Association for the preparation of guidelines document;
Organise and attend field meetings with schools and ministry representatives;
Document development.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Essential Requirements, Qualifications and Experience:
University degree in social sciences or related field;
Minimum three years of experience in policy development, preferably in social policy and educational inclusion;
Experience in working with international and national organisations;
Previous collaboration with partners involved in this fields will be an asset;
Fluency in English and local languages, with excellent writing skills.

2. Guidelines Document comprising of concrete steps to be undertaken for the application of quality inclusive practices offered during the project implementation (13 days) June 30, 2018
(April 1st-June 2018)
Organizational Setting
The Consultant will work in close cooperation with DUGA staff during the assignment.
The Consultant will work outside the Project office and will be performing some field visits (Mostar, Banja Luka, Prijedor, Goražde, Tinja, Livno, Odžak, Sarajevo) for the consultancy with school and ministry representatives.
Financial Arrangements
Udruženje “DUGA and the Consultant will sign a contract for the above-mentioned services which will include: a) the honoraria, and b) travel costs.
Payment Schedule
Payment will be disbursed in 2 (two) instalments as indicated in the table below:
Deliverables Payment (Percentage of contract value)
1. Within 10 days after Analysis document is delivered 50%
2. Within 10 days after the Policy Document is delivered 50%
Duration of the Contract
Duration of the assignment is 25 working days, from December 1st to December 31st, 2017 (12 days) and from April 1st to June 30th, 2018 (13 days).
