Our Client is a world leader in manufacturing machine and cutting tools and provider of related services. To their Hungarian Operations now we are looking for a Regional Sales Person who will be responsible for Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The new partner will be responsible for achieving the sales targets, identification of new markets and customers in the region by overall customer support including the whole sales process. The sales person will cooperate and keep contact with the Hungarian team and the Regional Service Organization, will support projects and tenders and keep the database up to date just as taking part in creation of the yearly plans. The position holder will report to the Hungarian Managing Director.
The ideal candidate has technical education, preferably degree in engineering and strong CNC machine know-how. A minimum of 3 years sales experience in machine tool (or related) industry, native local language and fluent English knowledge is a must. Hungarian could be an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, existing network in the targeted market, willingness to travel and ability to manage complex project is needed to successfully take the role.
Our Client offers to the new colleague a real multinational company’s background, stability and support to achieve success in building up the local business. The compensation contains a fixed and a performance based remuneration part and will be based on a third party supplier contract. Immediate cooperation is based on Home Office capability and own car.
