Recruitment of a Driver to Embassy of Sweden in Sarajevo
The Embassy is looking for a driver to replace our staff member who will retire in March 2017.
Last day of application: 15 November 2016
Start date: 15 March 2017
This position is part of the administrative section and tasks include:
• Driver for Embassy personnel
• Keep log book of vehicles
• Service, daily maintenance and cleaning of vehicles
• Distribution of mail, invitations and other deliveries
• Administrative errands and tasks
• Day-to-day Embassy’s requirements
• Other tasks assigned by the Head of Section for example assisting the house technician in the residences, smaller repairs etc.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Required competence:
• A valid BiH driving licence
• At least three years working experience as an employed driver
• Very good knowledge of the road network in BiH
• Service-minded, well groomed, organised, with the ability to follow instruction and work independently
• Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Spoken and written English: high enough level to understand instructions, follow conversations and participate in meetings
• Aptitude and interest to assist with smaller repairs, technical problems etc.
• Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
• Previous experience of work with the Diplomatic Community an added advantage
The application must include:
• CV and cover letter motivating your application and a certificate (school grades or other) testifying your English proficiency
• Salary requirements
• At least three written references including names and contact numbers.
The probation period is six month.
