Responsibilities:
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a business development and sales work environment. This is not an hr job.
Excellent knowledge of ENGLISH (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Identify, approach, and negotiate terms with potential clients (Construction companies)
Identify, approach, interview, and represent qualified candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
Browse resume databases, search and contact candidates
Advertise open positions to external networks
