Quality Assurance Agent (m/f)- Dutch language

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Quality Control procedure tailored for Customer Support team on a daily basis
  • Provide coaching to all agents
  • Provide training to new agents and refresher training when necessary
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
  • Prevent error reoccurrence
  • Provide assistance with more difficult queries
  • Improve the overall quality of the team
  • Ensure proper management and control of all company assets, tools, documentation, software, intellectual property
  • Provide input to Operations Manager on desirable modifications and enhancements
  • Knowledge and adherence to DDC security policies
  • Meet service level standards for timeliness and accuracy

Experience:

  • Experience in analyzing information
  • Experience in personal organization and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Windows operating systems
  • Proven experience in reading and understanding documentation written in ENGLISH and specific language (DUTCH) required for their job position
  • Experience in recording and organizing all necessary documentation to memorialize the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the QA Program
  • Proven experience in the operation and use of a standard alphanumeric keyboard
  • Experience in speaking clearly and exercising good judgment
