POSITION
Property/Facility Manager is investment orientated position, due to an operative management of real estate objects on behalf of the owner during the management phase. Facility/Property Manager is responsible for efficient implementation and execution of the object strategy, and property management. Planning, organizing of facility and technical services, monitoring, reporting and risk management on object level are key points for this position.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Analysis and supervision of the managed real estate objects
- Development and implementation planning of operative optimization measures to ensure owner-specific and technical requirements
- Initiation and participating of/in tender processes;
- Quantification of measures which raise the value and reduce the costs of real estates
- Order placement, steering and controlling of maintenance, repair, servicing and modernization works;
- Steering and controlling of internal and external operative service providers
- Coordination and supervision of the rent and object accounting
- Monitoring and ensuring budget compliance;
- Risk monitoring and operative risk management on the object level;
- Providing documentation and reporting.
Qualifications and requirements:
Professional:
- Technical basis education (higher technical education institute, Technical University, etc.)
- At least 3+ year experience working in the field of real estate management and/or facility/property management
- Computer literate with good MS Office skills
- Sound command of written and oral English.
Personal
- Independent and systematic working style, strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to work
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel and perform field work
- Driver’s license of B category is desirable
- Proactivity and personal responsibility are absolutely necessary.
