PRODUCT GROUP MANAGER
(White Goods)
in Zagreb, Hrvatska
who manages a group of products from our portfolio, coordinating processes in the supply chain and implementing all product related market activities while being primarily responsible for reaching financial targets, commercial results and optimal stock.
Other responsibilities include:
- Proposing and implementation of the annual revenue plan for the product group
- Coordination of procurement strategies for market distribution
- Reaching KPI’s and determination on business related activities
- Negotiation and implementation of strategies regarding the product group
- Active follow up of the market and indication of future needs
- Research and analysis of home appliances market trends
- Identification, creation and evaluation of product development strategies in accordance to market trends
- Price positioning, planning and organization of promotions and deals
- Conduction of all relevant business related operative and administrative activities
Expectations:
- BA/MA in Economics or a technical field
- 3+ years Product Management experience
- Knowledge of the market and product features in the home appliances category
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptability and job conscientiousness
- Perseverance towards achievement of commercial results
- Advanced usage of modern technologies
- Active knowledge of business English
