Planning Officer
Details of main responsibilities and functions of the work post (Job description):
- Manage the demand, supply and deployment activities in order to ensure the execution;
- Animate Sales and Operations process and implement continuous process actions plans;
- Manage intercompany planning processes;
- Manage levels of inventories and define inventory policies;
- Animate / contribute to SKU portfolio management process and complexity reduction;
- Manage and develop planning resources/teams;
- KPI introduction and monitoring;
- Demand Management: Animate the Demand planning process on short/mid and long term horizons;
- Contribute actively to consensus building;
- Sourcing Management: Manage the supply network, Coordinate planning results with suppliers;
- Define/ continuously update/follow up of Service level agreements with suppliers;
- Manage (with sales) product allocation policies in case of shortage;
- Control service level and due date violations;
- Perform other specific tasks corresponding to his/her job description;
- Follow the Internal Order rules and other normative documents of the employer.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Eligible candidates meet the following requirements:
- University degree;
- Outstanding analytical capability, IT compatible;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
- Ability to work transversally, to find consensus between functions;
- Able to implement new processes focused on performance improvement;
- Capacity to prevent the main obstacles in the planned periods;
- Professional ERP experience (SAP experience is an advantage);
- Persuasive, challenging and trustable person;
- Rapid decision maker;
- No criminal records;
- Experienced in team management;
- Relevant education – Planning, logistics or manufacturing background;
- Devoted, responsible and efficient.
