Your main activities will be:
Managing recruitment process and ensuring smooth and positive candidate experience.
Aligning work and covering tasks in line with the department's main functions
Maintaining data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
Organizing education sessions for employees along with events and engagement activities
Establishing successful collaboration with all stakeholders to understand their needs
Support for team leadership structures
Being responsible for people related HR administration
Representing Infobip internally and externally at events, conferences, career fairs, etc.

You have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and tasks such as recruitment and employee related tasks
You are looking for a high-growth challenge and you're eager to build your HR career in a dynamic environment
Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
You are a person with integrity
You are easily approachable
You have flexibility and willingness to challenge organizational culture where necessary
You are a proficient user of both, written and spoken English
