Managing Director (f/m)

Job Description:

Manage the operations and develop the business in the respected area while ensuring effectiveness and taking the responsibility to reach the target of the company.
Ensure that all aspects of a business are operating smoothly in compliance with Group and country regulations and relevant professional standards.
Take responsibility to supervise hiring and training of the staff, training development and ongoing professional development of employees.
Take responsibility for brand position and brand marketing development.

If you have:

Master or advanced degree in engineering or economics and
Able to lead people with genuine sense for leadership
Understanding Bosnia and Herzegovina market is considered as advantage
English Language Level – Proficient
German knowledge is highly desirable
Able to demonstrate strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Ability to work without close supervision, possessing target- and solution-driven approach
Have analytical, presentation and planning skills
Highly skilled in leading people and managing teams
