Al Diyar is a private Kuwaiti and Saudi company that opened its branch in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2013. We are a leading developer of fully integrated resorts that offer private villas, apartments and supporting infrastructure, in a wide range. Our formula for success lies in a customer oriented approach and delivering projects to the highest possible standards. From the selection of architects, designers, contractors, to the handover of keys, we strives to make sure that every detail is flawless.
We usually acquire land in uninhabited areas and build residential real estate, infrastructure and all other facilities in stages. Therefore adding greater value and appeal to the community.
The company's involvement in a project continues after construction has been completed. We are responsible not only for providing and maintaining top-quality residences, but also for the maintenance, security and a number of other vital services.
Al Diyar team is composed of dynamic, creative, dedicated, highly educated and ambitious individuals. We have at least 5 different nationalities and various age groups; therefore we are able to perceive any situation from different angles.
Until now we created jobs for approximately 100 people and with the initiation of each new project, significant employment opportunities are created in the hospitality and construction sectors.
