Human Resources Generalist

Your role:
• Supports and participates in recruitment and selection processes - reviewing and shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, preparing job offers
• Organize student internship programs and maintains relationship with local colleges
• Assist with HR branding activities
• Organize special events (Internal events for employees and job fairs)
• Supports and participates in performance appraisal
• Manage people development and training processes
• Provide on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
• Maintain clear and efficient administrative processes for specific HR activities (recruiting, performance review system, trainings and people development processes etc.)
• Keep up to date systematization of work positions

• 2+ years of working experience in HR department
• Experience in software industry HR will be considered as advantage
• Advanced level in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Innovative and proactive approach
• Team spirit and positive, flexible approach
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Driver's license B category
