Job position: Helpdesk Support Specialist

Department: Information Systems

Location: Put Života bb, Sarajevo

Summary: Maintenance Specialist monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks of Balfin Group. He/she installs and configures computer systems, diagnoses hardware and software faults and solves technical and applications problems reported in the Ticket Management System (Servicedesk), either over the phone or in person.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and every other device.
Manage request resolution for Tickets in Helpdesk.
Responding to the Tickets in Helpdesk within the required time.
Configuring new user accounts and managing password and account problems.
Supporting the installation of new systems, software etc.
Participate in IT Projects according to Department needs.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Replacing devices, parts when required.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science and/or related field.
Good knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems.
Preferred: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.

Work Experience:Previous IT Support experience

Language:English Language, written and spoken communication skills that allow informing and advising others clearly

Additional: Good understanding of the software and equipment used in our systems

-Up-to-date technical knowledge
-Personal commitment to improve own knowledge and skills
-Interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels, smart and confident
-Able to cope with stress / deliver within tight deadlines and able to work in group
