Major Responsibilities:
- The development and evolution of standardized policies and procedures;
- Creation of supporting systems and infrastructure;
- Prescriptive exposures management monitoring, whereby senior management is enabled in managing credit, market and operational risks dynamically;
- Portfolio monitoring and management to identify concentrations, outliers and stress testing to assess appropriate provisioning requirements etc.;
- Adjudication on credit and investment proposals;
- Support development of risk strategy for endorsement by the Board and its ongoing monitoring;
- Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting to Management Board
- Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk controlling process in line with the Group Risk strategy;
- Risk assessment, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;
- Cooperation with other departments in company;
- Perform other tasks requested by the Management Board.
Requirements:
- University degree-Faculty of Economics;
- At least five (5) years of working experience in the same or similar jobs;
- Good knowledge of the principles and operation of financial institutions;
- Fluent English both spoken and written;
- Advanced Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point);
- Willingness to work in stressful situations, responsibility in decision-making;
- Prominent organizational, analytical and communication skills;
- Negotiation skills and orientation to results;
- The tendency of teamwork and continuing professional development;
- Driving license "B" category.
