What will be your role?
As field support engineer, you will be responsible to:
-Manage in full autonomy laboratory testing, pilots and industrial trials at customers’ plants and punctually at our own production sites upon requests of the Sales & Marketing team
-Act as direct interface between customers, suppliers and all other participants involved in the trials & testing you manage
What are we looking for?
-You have an engineering or technical background ideally with an orientation in metallurgy or chemical processing
-You benefit of a first experience of minimum 3 years within a production/process environment ideally in the sector of Steel production or soil stabilization
-You are fluent in English
-You are flexible and ready to travel at our customers’ plants all across Europe
-You demonstrate a certain adventurous mindset and are comfortable in dealing with unexpected issues and stressful situations
-You appreciate leading multi-disciplinary teams and are not afraid of working autonomously on projects
-You have excellent communication skills – a good dose of assertiveness coupled with diplomacy
-You are innovative and creative in the solutions you propose
