On behalf of our Client we are recruiting motivated candidates for the position of:
Electromotor Design Expert (m/f)
Work Location: Vienna, Austria
Profession Direction:
Electromotor and controller of electric vehicle
Electromotor Parts
Responsibilities:
1.Cultivate company’s electromotor design, experimental verification, performance calibration and CAE development abilities, provide training and guidance to staff
Electromotor design including: mechanical structure design, electromagnetic design, material selection
Experimental verification & performance calibration including: performance test, reliability test, durability test
CAE including: Stress analysis, thermal & fluid analysis, Rotor modal analysis, electromotor noise and vibration analysis
Production technology development including: machining process, heat treatment process, casting process, surface treatment process, electrical insulation technology, winding line process and electromotor assembly process
2. Train 3 or more electromotor design technical backbones, be able to do product development work independent
3.Collecting benchmark company’s cutting-edge technology of electromotor developmen
4. R&D staff training about electromotor controller technical knowledge at least once a mont
5.Supplier selection, review of supplier’s technical solution
6.Supplier technical visits and drive system integration design
7.Responsible for electromotor design and technical problem solving during prototype, production and testing process
8. Improve the performance index of research electromotor, guide the electromotor research direction, establish and implement the short, medium and long term planning of electromotor R & D personnel capability, test equipment resources and R & D direction
