On behalf of our Client we are recruiting motivated candidates for the position of:
Electromotor Controller Expert (m/f)
Work Location: Vienna, Austria
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the electromotor control related SW, HW design method, design process and SW/HW testing and validation work of power driven system
Company’s controller SW/HW development ability cultivation, provide training and guidance
Train 3 or more electromotor controller technical backbones, be able to do product development work independently.
collecting benchmark company’s cutting-edge technology of electromotor controller development
R&D staff training about electromotor controller technical knowledge at least once a month
Supplier selection, review of supplier’s technical solution
Supplier technical visits and drive system integration design
Responsible for electromotor design and technical problem solving during prototype, production and testing process
Improve the performance index of research controller, guide the controller research direction, establish and implement the short, medium and long term planning of Electromotor Controller R & D personnel capability, test equipment resources and R & D direction
