The company helps real estate agents across Canada and United States to close more deals through online advertising and creating tools that help nurture Internet leads into transactions. In behalf of our Client, we are recruiting motivated candidates for the position of:
Customer Support Representative (m/f)
Place of work: Mostar
Position description
Answering incoming support calls
Assisting clients with requests they have by showing them how to do it or doing it for them
Working with tickets through a ticketing system like ZenDesk
Carrying out of other tasks according to the order of superior manager

Requirements
Call center experience
Preferable (but not necessary) at least 2 years of experience in:
Web design
Internet marketing
Working with HTML
Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
