BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We’re a fast-moving team looking for motivated and passionate individuals that want to help build and scale our business.

As a Business Development Manager you will share responsibility for implementing Infobip`s business development strategy, negotiating and closing business deals, identifying new business opportunities and detailed market research that will help us maintain and expand our knowledge of current market conditions and drive the continuous success of our business. Ideally you have the skills of a senior sales person and your best work is yet to come. You have been working in a highly cross-functional role, which requires close collaboration with various external and internal teams such as sales, engineering, finance and marketing to ensure a deal is completed

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Network and build relationships with target accounts in order to understand key decision makers and how we can help them evolve their business.
Work with a multi-disciplinary team of colleagues to develop effective solutions and close the deal for all potential clients and drive their execution.
Ensure achievements of company sales and distribution objectives.
Present our telco services to a range of potential business partners.
Analyse competitors and market intelligence activities

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Written and spoken fluency in English.
Experience in telecommunications industry (especially Voice services) is a plus.
Strong understanding of how to identify target clients, recognise decision-making processes, handle objections, negotiate and close the business.
Highly independent, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, proactive.
Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
Flexible personality.
