Job Position description

The main purpose of the position is primarily to assist the Manager of Controlling and Business administration. Also, supporting the Manager and taking responsibility in the preparation of monthly analytic reports and pre-defined structured data report to Central office. Cooperating with accounting department during the preparation and structuring of the reporting data. Supporting other departments in providing business information, involvement in diverse topics of business administration and contributing in preparing annual financial reports as well as budgets and forecasts reports.


We expect a candidate who:
  • Already has relevant working experience on a similar job function;
  • Is proficient in using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Has additional knowledge in controlling reports,
  • Has previous working experience in dealing with BI and ERP system as an end user;
  • Has basic experience in project participation,
  • Is able to think in a structured manner and has the will to learn;
  • Is ready to quickly undertake new tasks and is willing to adapt to a changing and dynamic working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education in business economics (high school or a degree in Economics) preferable;
  • Developed Business English language skills, preferably B2 is required due to international communication;
  • Open to new challenges and participation in new local and international projects;
  • Working experience in similar roles.
